Our mission
We’re committed to improving the quality and accuracy of monitored dosage systems (MDS) for individual patients, whether at home or in a care-home setting. We believe patients should be able to manage their own medication with dignity and independence for as long as possible.
We’ve embraced modern pharmacy technology, combining an e-service with a delivery service ready for the NHS’s electronic prescription transfer rollout.
NHS services
We use modern IT and packing systems for dispensing prescriptions, and we’re ready to interface seamlessly with the NHS’s electronic prescription transfer system.
Our 72-hour NHS contract covers the full range of essential pharmacy services, reachable via our Queensway premises, website, email, telephone, post or fax. All communication through our website is secure and convenient — a phone call can answer most questions about NHS-prescribed medication or general health advice.
How to send us a prescription
It’s a legal requirement that we hold your prescription before dispensing or delivering medication. We accept both paper and electronic prescriptions.
- Scan your prescription and email or fax it to us, or post the original.
- Provide your contact details so we can confirm receipt and discuss anything we need to.
- We’ll explain the next steps and arrange dispensing and free delivery.
